TaCaS Global
We set out to strengthen traditional trade among Belt and Road countries, particularly Türkiye, Spain, and China. Our mission is to transform businesses, institutions, and communities, making them smarter and providing access to cutting-edge digital tools for sustainable growth.
TaCaS Global international trade joint venture company is established in August 2024, with the aim of having a role in international trade, especially within the scope of the Belt and Road Countries, during the transition from the "internet economy" to the "smart mixed economy" of the new digital age of the coming decades.
Our company, headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye, also has branches in Urumqi and Shanghai in China and Madrid in Spain.
In the reopening of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China to international trade after an interval of approximately 8 years, as TaCaS Global, we provide consultancy services and real commercial activities related with Xinjiang; in the entire Eurasian geography, especially in Spain and Germany, in addition to Türkiye and China. Our aim is to organize all international corporate companies of the region, especially the ones in Türkiye, Spain and Germany, to establish real commercial ties with Chinese companies in the Xinjiang region. We want to ensure that these important brands in their fields bring their quality goods to Xinjiang, as well as their technologies, and take part in production together with Chinese companies. Likewise, it is among our goals to guide Xinjiang companies in expanding abroad. We are also working to take part in the export of Xinjiang products.

Ercan TANRIBAK, Co-Founder
After graduating from Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics in 1991, he worked as a manager in futures markets at Turkinvest, marketing at BC Hydro in Canada and after-sales support departments at Reuters Information Company and Moody's KMV risk rating agency, respectively.
Afterwards, since 2016, he took part in various projects and companies focusing on trade from Turkiye to China. He currently serves as the founding partner of TaCaS Global Trade Company and a member of the Board of Directors of BSN Blockchain Service Network Türkiye.

Serdar Kulu, Co-Founder
Serdar Kulu graduated from Hacettepe University’s Department of International Relations in Ankara, Türkiye, in 2004. He began his career as the Foreign Trade Sales Office Manager at Kırbıyık Company in Antalya, where he worked in the beverage sector from 2005 to 2013.
In 2013, he relocated to China and took on the role of General Manager at Marmara International Co. Ltd. Building on his extensive experience, he established his own company, Xinjiang Darts International Ltd., in Urumqi in 2017.
Currently, he is a partner at TaCaS Global, a company specializing in trade, investment, and consultancy services between China and Türkiye. Alongside his partnership with TaCaS Global, he continues to lead Xinjiang Darts International Ltd.
Fluent in Uyghur, Kazakh, and Uzbek, Serdar Kulu leverages his linguistic and cultural expertise to foster cross-border business opportunities and strengthen international collaboration.
